Terms and Conditions
1. Services
Astro Circuits offers astrological consultations based on Vedic and Nakshatra astrology, provided through video conferencing. Our guidance focuses on practical, action-oriented solutions based on the principles of Karma. Consultations are only available during weekends, as the Astrologer works as a freelancer. Consultations may be one-time or on a subscription basis.
2. Consultations & Subscriptions
One-Time Consultation: Includes a 1 hour to 3 hours voice/video sessions, available only on weekends.
Monthly Subscription Family Plan: ₹15,531 or $191 per month.
Six-Monthly Subscription Family Plan: ₹33,331 or $351 per six-months.
Monthly Subscriptions include budget of 8 hours and Six-Monthly Subscriptions include budget of 24 hours, scheduled on weekends.
By booking a consultation or subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment must be completed upon booking and before the consultation. For subscription services, payment will recur monthly starting 1st day of calendar month. - Payment methods include - Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI. Payment details will be provided after the booking.
4. Availability
- Consultations are only available on weekends. The Astrologer does not provide consultations during weekdays. Please plan your appointments accordingly.
- All consultations are conducted via voice/video conferencing, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund.
- To reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be considered as a new booking.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Astrology is a tool for self-reflection and personal growth. Astro Circuits does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any consultations or services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Astro Circuits and associated Astrologers shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our services. All decisions made by the client following a consultation are their own responsibility.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the United States, as applicable.
9. Amendments
Astro Circuits reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
