Refunds on AstroCircuits.AI Credits
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Credits, once used, cannot be restored.
- Refunds are not provided for: unused credits, dissatisfaction with AI outputs, incorrect birth details entered by the user, misinterpretation or misunderstanding of AI-generated guidance.
- Partial refunds or adjustments are not offered for subscription pack differences after purchase.
- If you experience a technical issue preventing you from receiving a response, you may contact Support. We may, at our sole discretion, issue replacement credits in cases of proven system error.
Refunds on AstroCircuits.com Consultations
- If you cancel your personal consultation booking anytime before the consultation begins, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- You may also request a refund during the live personal consultation itself if you feel the session is not serving you.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Once the personal consultation meeting has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
- If you miss your scheduled personal consultation without prior notice, the booking will be considered as availed, and no refund will be processed.
Rescheduling Instead of Refund
- You may choose to reschedule your personal consultation to the next available slot instead of requesting a refund.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 36 hours before the scheduled time.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or card provider.
