- If you cancel your booking anytime before the consultation begins, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- You may also request a refund during the live consultation itself if you feel the session is not serving you.

Non-Refundable Situations

- Once the consultation meeting has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
- If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the booking will be considered as availed, and no refund will be processed.

Rescheduling Instead of Refund

- You may choose to reschedule your session to the next available slot instead of requesting a refund.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 36 hours before the scheduled time.

Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or card provider.
