Refund Policy
1. One-Time Consultations
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations or Recheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund.
- Consultations are only provided on weekends, so please ensure your availability before booking.
2. Subscriptions
- Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If canceled before the 1st day of next month, access will continue until the end of the current month.
- Refund: No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions started between 1st to 10th of current month, will be next billed on 1st of next month. Subscriptions started after 10th to 31st of current month, will be billed on 1st of next to next month.
3. Rescheduling
- Consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge, keeping in mind the weekend-only availability.
- Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the consultation will be subject to availability and can be considered as a new booking.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at inquiry@astrocircuits.com with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original method of payment.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
In the event of a dispute or chargeback, Astro Circuits reserves the right to withhold services until the matter is resolved. We recommend reaching out to our support at inquiry@astrocircuits.com before initiating a chargeback to ensure a swift resolution.
