How do credits work?
Simple: 1 credit per question. Activating Prediction AI or adding a partner's chart for compatibility costs 5 credits upfront, then 1 per question. Grab the free starter pack when you sign up—no risk trying it out. Also, unused credits never expire, and we never run a clock or create a sense of urgency when you type in your questions. You can take as much time as you want to type your questions.
Are purchases refundable?
Credit packs are non-refundable, but we give everyone free credits on signup, so you can test it properly first. If something feels off, support can help you tweak your questions for better results.
Can I save my readings?
Conversation history auto-deletes after 24 hours to respect your privacy. Just copy-paste anything important into your notes—most people do that anyway.
